So, What's All the Buzz with Coconut Oil?

Lately, I have been a lot about coconut oil, so I decided to conduct a little research in hopes of discovering what all the buzz is about. Here is what I found. The health benefits are many, but I will only list what I consider to be the top 30.

What Kind of Coconut Oil Should You Use?

For topical and external use, expeller-pressed or refined coconut oil will work, but for internal use, an unrefined virgin coconut oil is best. You can order it online, find it at health food stores or Trader Joe's.
